We run courses year-round, indoors in winter and in Skånevik from May to September. All courses have a maximum of six participants per instructor.
Basic climbing course
The course runs over two evenings and gives you a climbing certificate. You don’t need any prior knowledge, but you should be comfortable with a bit of height.
- Knots, harness and safety brake
- Securing the leader and the top rope
- Falling Technique and Communication
- Practical test and issuance of a «brattkort» (rock climbing/steep terrain certificate)
